By accessing or using Zencia's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in line with the published refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service remain the property of Zencia and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

AI Outputs

Outputs generated by Zencia AI agents are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zencia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
