This Privacy Policy explains what data Zencia collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed to deliver and improve the Service.
Information We Collect
Account data (name, business email, company), usage data (pages visited, features used, agent configurations), and conversation data your AI agents process to do their job. We do not sell personal data.
How We Use Your Data
To provide and improve the Service, deliver support, send service-related notices, and where you've opted in, marketing about Zencia. We may use de-identified, aggregated data for analytics and model evaluation.
Data Sharing
We share data with service providers (cloud hosting, telephony, payment processing) under strict confidentiality. We disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We never sell personal data to third parties.
AI Model Training
By default, your conversation data is not used to train shared Zencia models. Enterprise customers can fully opt out in the dashboard. Configuration data may be used to improve product features.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We follow SOC 2 controls, run regular access reviews, and limit data access strictly to authorized personnel.
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Conversation transcripts are retained per your configured retention policy (default 90 days). You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. GDPR and DPDP Act rights are honored regardless of where you are based. Email info@zencia.ai to exercise any right.
International Transfers
Zencia operates from India and uses cloud providers in multiple regions. Where data crosses borders, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We will update the "last updated" date when material changes are made and notify you via email or in-app where appropriate.
